Hi I support most ways of overcoming addiction..but overcoming in one lesson, that seems misleading and possibly delusional.

      Hi Ernie,

I hear you. And actually this was brought up in the talk. Dr. Edelstein said that the emphasis is really on the HOW. In other words you can learn HOW to do this in one lesson, although no, you will not be instantly CURED of all issues in one lesson. A big corollary to much of what Dr. E. says is to practice, practice and practice some more, so no this would not be a one-lesson affair start to finish, and we didn’t intend to mislead. We thought it was a fun title. If only, right!?

If you didn’t have a chance to attend or to listen yet, it is available here: http://www.smartrecovery.libsyn.com. I find Dr. Edelstein’s clarity very grounding and helpful. See what you think. 🙂
